International Shipping
For our global clientele, we arrange international shipping via DHL Express. Rates are calculated based on the destination country and the volumetric weight of the package. Please contact us prior to placing an order for a custom shipping quotation.
Returns & Exchanges
At Moonarts, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather goods. We meticulously inspect every item before it leaves our atelier. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.
We accept returns and exchanges on non-bespoke items within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, unblemished, and in its original packaging. The client is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a demonstrable manufacturing defect.
Because bespoke commissions are tailored specifically to your individual requirements and specifications, they are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We engage in a thorough consultation process prior to production to ensure the final piece aligns perfectly with your vision.

We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Refunds are processed within 14 business days via M-Pesa or bank transfer after the item has been received and inspected.
