Yes. We offer delivery within Nairobi. Delivery fees depend on your exact location and will be discussed when you place your order.
We currently deliver across Kenya via reliable courier services. For international shipping, please contact us directly so we can provide a custom shipping quote.
Bespoke commissions typically take between 1 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of specific materials.
We primarily accept M-Pesa for local orders. Cash on delivery is available for select areas within Nairobi.
Keep your leather away from direct prolonged sunlight and extreme moisture. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean any spills immediately. We recommend conditioning the leather every 3–6 months to keep it supple and rich.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is in its original, unused condition. Custom bespoke commissions are non-refundable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
